CANCELLATION POLICY
JONES, Salon Suite requires a working credit card on file in order to book an appointment.
In the event you should need to cancel or reschedule 48 hours notice is required.
If 48 hours notice is not given, the reserved credit card will be charged 50 percent of the service booked. Same day no shows will result in the full service charge.
Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment I may not have time to preform all services booked, or we may need to opt for a shorter color package. If so, the full price of the initially booked service is due.

If you are a new client looking to book an appointment, a consultation is required.

All applications submitted Friday - Sunday will be responded to on Monday.
TRANSPARENT PRICING POLICY
All listed pricing on the service menu page are the complete service total. At JONES, Salon Suite Addie does not accept gratuity. Easily calculate your upcoming service total by adding the services you've booked. Exp: The Mini Color Package 292 + Haircut $120 = $412 service total payment due.
Clean Hair Policy
Gone are the days of dirty hair being advantageous prior to a hair appointment. Quite the opposite now as oil and product build up compromise the cut and color process. Avoid a sweaty workout prior to your appointment as the booking packages do not include time for two wash and blow outs and I cannot work on damp or dirty hair.
For best results please come in with your hair clean, dry, and in your preferred day one hair style. (blown out, diffused, or air dried.)
